AJR Management was incorporated on May 3rd 2006 out of a desire to provide a transparent, bespoke utility management service which actually delivered what it promised.

We started working with large housing associations providing a Total Utility Management Service and soon realised that the management of void and empty properties was a real issue for them.

Our in house systems were developed and then enhanced specifically with this in mind and we
began to expand our service offering.

In 2011, our New Build Service began to evolve. We started talking to house builders to gain a full understanding of the issues as we wanted our service to minimise all of these in a very cost effective way.

In 2013, we began redeveloping our system from scratch for the new build sector. By now Carbon Reporting requirements were gaining momentum and we knew we needed to evolve.

During the last 10 years, we have moved premises 3 times and extended our current premises due to the rapid expansion and now work with housing providers, prestigious national house builders and other businesses across the whole of the UK.

We are proud of our tailored system, exceptional customer service levels and the fact that we continue to look after and value our current clients just as we do new ones.
